A Prenatal Education Series
Our Prenatal Class Series is designed for couples (birth partners are encouraged to attend) to both learn and socialize, over the course of a four-week period. There will be an additional gathering after babies are born with a date to be determined by each group. Each prenatal session is 2 hours with ample time for discussion and relationship building. Our classes are best taken in the third trimester, ideally completed before 36 weeks of pregnancy.

I’m a certified sleep consultant, Newborn Care Specialist, and certified birth and postpartum doula. I’m passionate about supporting families from pregnancy through the postpartum journey. As the owner of Little Angel Sleep Solution LLC, I’m dedicated to helping parents thrive during these special stages of life. I live in Philadelphia with my husband and love traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.
Meet Your Location Director, Claudia!
I'm a birth, bereavement & postpartum doula, a mom to grown boys and a (newly minted) grandmom to one. While I'm not working as a birthworker, you can find me in Kenya (my second home) serving with my NGO, Tuko Pamoja, sponsoring children, setting up food programs and teaching self-defense to vulnerable girls and women.
