A Prenatal Education Series
Our Prenatal Class Series is designed for couples (birth partners are encouraged to attend) to both learn and socialize, over the course of a four-week period. There will be an additional gathering after babies are born with a date to be determined by each group. Each prenatal session is 2 hours with ample time for discussion and relationship building. Our classes are best taken in the third trimester, ideally completed before 36 weeks of pregnancy.

Meet Your Location Director, Lexa!
Lexa was a labor and delivery nurse for eight years in both New Jersey and New York before taking the leap into Midwifery. As a Certified Nurse Midwife with a background in public health, she aims to intertwine the science with the person. Lexa has a focus on patient-centered care and shared decision making, as well as empowerment through education. Advocacy and evidence-based care are at the forefront of her goals as she helps families prepare for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
